Amsterdam is just one of those places that everyone should visit. I felt right at home there surrounded by water, unique buildings, cyclists, vegetation, art, food, friendly people, public transportation, etc. I love the Dam!
We were so extremely lucky to have an amazing place to stay as well. Yet another fantastic AirBnB experience with an amazing host!
We did a lot while we were there, especially considering the fact that it poured the entire time – which was a perfect excuse to splurge on some Hunter rain boots!
Unfortunately because of the rain I was unable to take a lot of pictures. However, I did keep some detailed notes on our adventure… Here are a few more pictures and some must-see’s and do’s for the Dam!
- Snacks: Crispy King french fries w/ choice sauce – unbelievably delicious!
- Art: Van Gogh Museum – One of my favorites!
- Two best meals:

- Shopping: Mendo Art Walk; Waterlooplein Flea Market – A.Freakin.Mazing.
- History: The Anne Frank House audio tour – Worth every penny; Red Light District by night – Interestingly intriguing.

Great Photos!
